Right to complain to a supervisory authority:
You have according to Article 77 DSGVO the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority if you are of the opinion that the processing of the data concerning you violates data protection regulations. The right of appeal may in particular be exercised before a supervisory authority in the Member State of your residence, place of work or place of the alleged infringement.

NEWSLETTER
